About 6 months ago I moved my hosting and mail services from my old provider to TPP internet and I would have to say it was probably the best business decision I have made in relation to these services.
 
As I am a communications broker I require the best out of all my suppliers, as perfection is the lowest service level I strive for when I deal with my customers, I would not expect any less from my suppliers. Perfection is what I have received from the entire team at TPP Internet.
 
The difference between the support from TPP Internet and my old provider was like the distance between Sydney and Perth. I could firstly not find the phone number to actually talk to someone about my site at my old provider, where I just call the 1300 number with TPP and I am put through to the technical department, and when they say they will call back they actually DO!!!!
